Order Processing and Dispatch

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

  • Orders placed before 23:00 (UK time) are typically dispatched the same day, Monday through Friday.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.


Shipping Times

  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–12 working days.

  • All orders are shipped from our overseas warehouse located in Asia.

  • While most deliveries arrive within this timeframe, please be aware that:

    • Delivery times may vary based on your location.

    • Delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, postal disruptions, or high seasonal demand.


Shipping Costs

  • We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required.

  • There are no hidden delivery fees — the price you see at checkout is the final price.


Important Notice

We are a UK-based business and operate in full compliance with UK consumer protection laws. To keep our pricing fair and accessible, we dispatch all orders directly from our fulfilment centre in Asia.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Delivery may take up to 12 working days, sometimes slightly longer during busy periods or due to customs or courier delays.

  • All shipping times provided are estimates, not guarantees.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A shipping confirmation with tracking details will follow once your order has been dispatched.

If you do not receive your order within 15 working days of dispatch, please contact our customer service team at info@weaveandoak.com so we can investigate.
