We are a UK-based business, and we operate in full compliance with UK consumer protection laws. Please note that all returns must be shipped to our central warehouse located overseas in Asia, and this requirement is clearly stated prior to purchase.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that any returns must be sent to this international location at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or not as described. We provide the exact return address upon approval of your return request.

Refund Process
